Get up get up get up! It’s the first of the mooooonth! If you’re a PVP fan you’ll get that intro. If not then please ignore my insanity over a broken up YouTube couple, please and thank you.
Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog! Today is the first day of July and I cannot be happier to start off the new month with a fresh outlook on life. I got a lot of stuff that I stalled on done in June and with having more things being accomplished, I feel like I’m on a roll. However I must admit that car shopping is not as fun as you’d think it is.
Have you guys been keeping up with Kylie Lip Kits? I feel like my homegirl Kylie read my post and said to her team, “Guys… Alex is right.” You can read that post over here. So now not only does she have a bigger restock every time she’s sold out, but she’s now giving the option of buying the lip kits with or without the lip liners. Which I thought was a great move on her part. Still wishing for it to be sold in stores but in time Alex… in time. So until she has makeup products that aren’t lip related, I’ll live through all of you guys’ posts about her new colors. But to be honest, I won’t ever need a bright blue matte lipstick. Sorry Ky!
Moving on, today I’m going to be spilling all of my favorite June products that I couldn’t stop using. They’re probably going to be in an empties post that I’ll make once all of my favorites are dead and gone. I had already written about most of them. But to just reassure you guys on how much I do actually love these products, I’m going to talk about it even more.
The first product in my June favorites that I’m going to talk about is my Dr. Jart+ face masks. The ones I’m specifically talking about is the Cheek & Eye Lift, as well as the Neck & Chin Lift. These masks weren’t messy, and they had instant results that lasted a total of three days. You can read about those specifically right here.
The second product on my list is the NYX Dewy Finish. This was priced as $8.00’s. This can be compared to the Tatcha Luminous setting spray, which is priced as $48.00’s. Obviously a big difference in price points. Two spritz of this motherfucker and your face is set in that light dewy look. If you overspray, just like with any other product, your face will get oily. I spray mostly on the apples of my cheeks and I’ll avoid my T-zone. This is because that’s where all of my oil is overactive. With products like these, it’s all about knowing where the line is. You want to look like a dewy glowing J Lo lookalike when really you look like you just ran a marathon in the humidity. And that’s unfortunately what most girls look like at the moment. So just take it easy on these dewy setting sprays, friends.
Another product that made it to the list is the Honey Bronze Shimmering Body Oil. This is by The Body Shop and retails for $22.00’s. I got mine at Ulta. I use these on my shoulders, arms, legs, and my cleavage. Most of all, the cleavage. I cannot stress enough how glamorous I feel when I look in the mirror and I notice how much I shine in the light. It’s romantic, it’s eye catching and it’s fun to dress up your body with a sexy dress on. I mean why not, it’s perfect for clubbing and those late night romantic dinners. I put a little on my hand so you can see.
The last product that I’m going to brag about is my Too Faced Candlelight Glow. It’s a highlighter but it’s not too over the top. It shows off best in dim lighting, AGAIN, best for date nights. There are different shades to choose from but I chose the Warm Glow because the others looked too out there on me. I think being subtle on the highlighter is what really makes things tie together.
Thank you guys SO SO much for reading. It truly means a lot to me. If you’d like to be bff’s don’t forget to like and follow! And let me know what else you’d like for me to write about. I have, like, a TON of wisdom to pass on to you bitches!!!
